Combining creative direction with hands-on experimentation, the full-time remote AI Art Director will establish high-quality standards for AI-generated advertising, develop innovative creative workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the capabilities of AI-powered creative.
Key responsibilities
Establish and continually raise the creative quality bar for AI-generated advertising
Create high-quality concepts and prototypes using emerging generative technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance the quality and capabilities of AI-powered creative
Required qualifications
Significant professional experience in creative direction, art direction, or filmmaking, with a strong portfolio
Strong expertise in visual storytelling fundamentals, including composition and editing
Hands-on experience with generative AI image and video technologies
Experience developing AI creative workflows and familiarity with node-based environments
Excellent creative judgment and the ability to articulate improvement directions
