When the Twitter Goes Too Far - Posted September 12, 2008
We are big fans of the Twitter. According to Patrick Gavin, our FishbowlDC comrade in blogging, the Twitter may have had its coming out party during the conventions (we suspect Patrick may have been the one throwing it, actually). But all good things must cross the line eventually. ... [FishBowlNY]
Conventions '08: Fishbowlers on the Road - Posted August 29, 2008
Patrick Gavin, somewhere in Wyoming, is unwilling to part with his DNC press pass, perhaps in the hopes it will have some sway with state troopers, or shirtless Subway customers.

Air Twitter - Posted August 29, 2008
As we settle back into the office after a red eye from Denver, we noticed a few Twitters from brother blog FishbowlDC and Twitter-superstar Patrick Gavin from his flight:
• Schieffer and rather on northwest flt: "How are you?". Friendly handshake ensued as they boarded with other first-class passengers." And later —... [TVNewser]

Denver '08: We Drink CNN's Milkshake! - Posted August 27, 2008
CNN may equal politics, but the CNN Grill equals heaven. FBNY is currently inside the Grill drinking a chocolate milkshake with no plans to move, maybe ever. CNN has done a very good job of branding the convention space and the Grill (in our opinion) is the crowning glory.... [FishBowlNY]

Helen Thomas: What Liberal Bias? - Posted July 22, 2008
Maybe John McCain should have a little chat with Helen Thomas. Fellow fishbowler Patrick Gavin got a look at Rory Kennedy's new documentary about the legendary White House correspondent and this is what she had to say regarding whether the oft-rumored liberal bias actually exists in the White House Press... LAT in 90 Seconds - Posted May 1, 2007
Behind Closed Doors: Clive Cussler is raising eyebrows for having his trial in front of only a handful of people -- but it's still more people than have read his books.
Funny Misunderstanding: By the headline this morning, we had mistakenly thought the LAT had replaced Patrick Goldstein with 90-year-old comedy writer... [FishBowlLA]
