Well, first things first, and this was news to us, the Dallas-based digital agency formerly known as imc2 is housed under an umbrella company called Agencies of Change. With that out of the way, we have now received confirmation that AoC has had to cut some staff in the Lone Star State. Tipsters are telling us that approximately 25-30 staffers were let go yesterday (we’re even hearing that some execs had to take pay cuts), but we have yet to hear official word on numbers and departments affected from Agencies of Change, which includes MEplusYou, imc2 Health & Wellness and something called Technology Spa. We did, though, receive a statement from a spokesperson to clarify things:

“Agencies of Change is restructuring to best serve our clients and the industry. As we combine back-office operations across divisions and bring decision-making closer to our client work, we are unfortunately also saying goodbye to some passionate and talented team members.”
