Did you know that 37 percent of employers currently use social media to research job candidates, and a further 11 percent plan to start doing this soon?
So, here’s the big question: what exactly are they looking for?
65 percent of hiring managers said that evidence of professionalism was the number one reason why they sourced prospective candidates on social media sites, ahead of determining whether they’re a good fit (51 percent) and learning more about their qualifications (45 percent).
