Washingtonians came out to celebrate Washingtonian's Garrett Graff's 25th birthday last night at Lucky Strike and it led to one photo of some of DC's most notorious bloggers, who waxed poetic about such things as Movable Type, unique visitors vs. page views and what the .html code is for an upside down question mark.
