Foreign Policy has hired Washington Monthly‘s Charlie Homans as an associate editor.
Prior to Washington Monthly, Homans was a public radio reporter in Alaska (according to a memo from Susan Glasser, he was the only journalist in the Aleutian Islands) and before that, a newspaper reporter in Wyoming and at the Knight Ridder bureau in Washington DC.
