Inquiring Minds Want To Know…

We’ve had a few people ask us “what was up” with the Politico’s John Harris and his long walks across the stage during Thursday’s MSNBC debate. We can’t quite dig up the video, but Harris would walk across the stage in order to get closer to a candidate he planned on querying. This resulted in some awkward pauses as he made his way across the stage (with his loud footsteps).

Even NBC’s Brian Williams noticed it and put it in his blog:

Highest pedometer reading of the night: John Harris of The Politico.

Ana Marie Cox said, “Not fond of the walking across the stage to hand-deliver the emailed questions.”

And Hotline’s Last Call! said, “Wild guess — John Harris is walking back to DC.”
