GWU is launching a radio and web-based educational series exploring the role of press in democracy. “This Just In,” produced in association with the Newseum, will air weekly for an hour and will be hosted by veteran network correspondent Sam Litzinger with support from GWU students in the School of Media and Public Affairs. Adam Shapiro has joined public affairs practice, Lipman Hearne as a Vice President, specifically focusing on clients in the education sector.
More changes at Lipman Hearne… Alyssa Oliveri has joined the DC Public Affairs team as a senior account manager. Oliveri’s a “Beltway insider” and comes to Lipman from Spitfire Strategies, LLC.
