Obama’s First Presser Since July

President Obama made a surprise appearance in the White House briefing room this afternoon. When he entered, he joked with NBC’s Chuck Todd that “McConnell and Reid are making snow angels on the South Lawn.”
The prez took questions for the first time since July. In another surprise move, POTUS offered first dibs to Fox News’ Major Garrett, followed by a question from ABC’s Jake Tapper.
