On Tuesday afternoon, TBD Editor Erik Wemple shared some bloated feelings he was having with his Twitter followers. “Feeling a little bloated around now — way too much dead-lifting + protein shakes. Regimen is outta hand @workoutwemple,” he wrote.
FishbowlDC inquired about his impressive regimen.
Here’s what Wemple had to say:
• Approximately six miles of running per day, except weekends.
The six miles come from running to and from work.
• Completion of 180-200 pushups in five-minute periods several times per week (at least three).
• Abdominal routines derived from yoga and Navy SEAL regimens.
• Time permitting, eight-count bodybuilders.
