Politico‘s Senior White House Correspondent Glenn Thrush, known for his brash humor and 1930s fedora, is hitting the big leagues. By all appearances Thrush is a pretty private guy — unlike some reporters in this town, he shuns being photographed when attending parties.
This morning, however, Thrush is being thrust into the spotlight as Politico announces that his new e-book, Obama’s Last Stand, is ranking #2 on the Sept. 9 e-book nonfiction list and #9 on the combined print and e-book nonfiction list. Got that?
As described by Politico, the book “follows the reelection campaign of President Obama as it struggles to find the winning formula in a political landscape that has dramatically changed since his history-making victory in 2008.”
Obama’s Last Stand is available for purchase on the “POLITICO Bookshelf.”
