In a recent post on The RUN 2016, site creator David Catanese announced its recent acquision by U.S. News & World Report. The site was created in March 2013 as a one-stop-shop for the most important early machinations in the already developing race for the White House and offers a mix of crucial news bits, counterintuitive analysis and original on-the-ground reporting.
While control is being handed over to U.S. News, Catanese will remain intricately involved, as a senior politics writer for the outlet and as lead contributor to The RUN 2016.
The RUN will officially switch over to the U.S. News banner sometime next month and will feature some alterations to its look and design. That said, its mission will remain the same.
