Wait: So Who Was First In The Chamber?

Fox says:

FOX News Channel’s Major Garrett was the first television journalist ever to report live from inside the House Chamber. Major was on air first today shortly before noon from inside the House of Representatives and provided updates as the 110th Congressional Session commenced. Garrett along with his colleagues; Brit Hume, Wendell Goler and Carl Cameron continue to provide insight and live shots as the day’s activities continue on Capitol Hill.

MSNBC says:

NBC’s Mike Viqueira has been working for a long time to get Congress to allow reporters to report live from inside the House chamber……today he was the first (and only) TV reporter to broadcast live from inside the chamber today…reporting live as Speaker Pelosi was elected

>UPDATE: MSNBC concedes that Fox was first.
