Bill Clinton Takes Mel Gibson’s Place in ‘The Hangover 2′

Mel Gibson‘s cameo appearance was nixed from “The Hangover 2″ after an alleged cast revolt. In his stead, the producers appear to have landed “Bubba”–former president Bill Clinton.

TMZ got it hands on photographs of Clinton on set in Thailand. The site was originally told Bubba was just “hanging out.” Which actually wouldn’t surprise us in the least. Bill Clinton in Thailand, whatever could he be doing there? But TMZ was eventually able to confirm that Clinton filmed a cameo for the movie.

Needless to say, we’ll be eagerly anticipating the film’s release. We’re sure the secretary of state can’t wait either.
