Cover Battle: New York or Good Housekeeping

Welcome back to another edition of FishbowlNY’s weekly Cover Battle. The latest war is between New York and Good Housekeeping. New York went with a mashup of Anthony Weiner and Eliot Spitzer. If this were a real person, could you even imagine the number of scandals he’d be involved with? “Anthony Spitzer Punches Elderly Woman After Sending Her Sexts, Pays Her Son to Keep Quiet.” Even the Daily News and Post would get tired of covering it.

Good Housekeeping went with a more straightforward approach, simply plastering Hugh Jackman on the cover. We love how sensible that sweater is. It’s actually just like Jackman — there’s nothing exciting or wrong about the sweater; it’s just there.

So readers, which cover is better? You can vote, comment, or do both.
