Lou Dobbs Leaves CNN

TVNewser has all the info about longtime CNN anchor Lou Dobbs‘ announcement last night that he would be leaving the news network.

Dobbs, who joined the net in 1980, said he was “considering a number of options and directions,” for his next move, and CNN President Jon Klein said a replacement would be named “shortly” or, as soon as this morning.

Update: Jon King has been named as Dobbs replacement at 7 p.m. on weekdays.
