In this role, you’ll oversee the visual identity of the brand in print and digital formats, managing your team’s production of over 140 projects each year. You’ll guide the design process from conception to production, while managing an in-house staff and stable of freelance designers, photographers and illustrators.
To be considered, you should have at least seven to 10 years of experience in book publishing design, as well as a solid understanding of typography, illustration and photography. Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator are must-haves, while working knowledge of Adobe Flash and Web design software will make you look like a star.
