In the first of our three-part part Media Beat interview with New York writer-at-large Frank Rich, we talk about his new HBO program Veep, how he first came in contact with Veep creator Armando Iannucci, and how he feels about being the inspiration for a character on the program dubbed “The Beltway Butcher.”
