Richard Edelman must be having a good week. The Edelman CEO was just included in a Forbes list of America’s favorite bosses. He came in at number eight.

The list was built by Glassdoor.com, a site featuring company reviews and resources. They asked visitors to their site, “Do you approve of the way this person is handling the job of leading this company?”

Edelman had a 95% approval rating. Who was number one? General Mills CEO Ken Powell.
