Sandra Lee, the girlfriend of New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, has hired Risa B. Heller as a consultant and spokesperson, The New York Times reports. Heller runs her own agency and has previously worked for Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and was the comms director for former Gov. David Paterson.
