Already during his studies in computer sciences, he has specialized in game design and game development. Since March 2011 Clemens has been working at the social media agency vi knallgrau in Vienna. The agency is expert and leading agency in the field of social media marketing campaigns and has already developed and implemented four social games for several clients. In 2009 vi knallgrau teamed up with Virtual Identity. The German agency connects brands and companies with the networked society and develops web based solutions for brand management and corporate communication. Only recently, Clemens was on a business trip in South Korea visiting the G*Star trade show in Busan as well as several gaming studios and publishers in order to get to know new social gaming trends at first hand.

Diego is also a co-founder & collaborator of The Whuffie Bank (a non-profit project that was a 2009 TC50 finalist) and angel investor in several startups, including online strategy game Erepublik.

LLOYD MELNICK CEO 519 Games @LloydMelnick Lloyd Melnick is currently CEO of 519 Games, a social web and mobile gaming joint venture between the E.W. Scripps Company and Capitol Broadcasting. They are currently building an extraordinary team and will be releasing their first titlesearly 2012. Lloyd previously led the international publishing business at Playdom (The Walt Disney Company’s social gaming group) - a business he built from the ground up. Previously, he co-founded Merscom, a casual and social game publisher that was acquired by Playdom in April, 2010. VINCENT MOINDROT Co-Founder and COO Playtem @Vincent_M Right after finishing his BA studies in France, Vincent participated in the creation of a successful start-up web company dedicated to the real estate field. Subsequently, Vincent continued his collaboration with the team at Playtem, a company which aims at distributing virtual items through gift cards and loyalty programs in retail outlets and e-commerce websites. The project is on track in France: firsts cards will be on Playtem's furniture in FNAC and Toy's R Us outlets on Christmas whereas famous brands' loyalty programs have been seduced by the concept of letting their members earn virtual items. Being connected indirectly or directly to the virtual goods industry over the years has provided Vincent with considerable experience on how a virtual economy should be conducted. Vincent is an expert in the economical analysis of virtual economies and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to game distribution strategies. Vincent is graduated from a French Engineering school (Centrale Lille) and a French Business school (EM Lyon). He is 29 years old.
Tom Morsch
TOM MORSCH Product Manager, Germany/Austria Kabam Tom is Product Manager for Germany and Austria at Kabam Luxembourg. In this role he is responsible for “localizing” Kabam’s MMO social games, such as Kingdoms of Camelot®, Dragons of Atlantis™, Edgeworld™, The Godfather: Five Families for Europe. Localizing, from a Kabam Product Management perspective doesn’t just mean translation. It involves making the games broadly visible and accessible across the different EU countries / language zones over various channels. Another aspect of the role is to manage new game launches in local markets, so that they make the biggest possible splash. Before working at Kabam, Tom worked in various marketing roles, including brand management and advertising in the financial services industry.

NINA MULLER Farmerama Producer Bigpoint @Bigpoint Nina Müller works for Bigpoint as a producer for Farmerama and is responsible for successfully producing Farmerama, which is currently the largest online game. Her duties include planning, prioritization and implementation of new game content and updates, as well the long-term development of products. As a producer, Nina serves as a liason between her product team and other departments in the company. Nina Müller has been working for Bigpoint since February 2011. Before she started at Bigpoint, she worked in the sociological and psychological research of games and as a game designer, producer and executive assistant at the Munich-based production company remote control productions.
