Eli Kurland

Eli Kurland recently graduated from NYU Steinhardt’s Media, Culture and Communication program with Latin High Honors. He was also awarded Departmental Honors for his thesis submission, which examined transitions in corporate media business models due to original video programming’s continued migration from television to the Internet. He was also a member of NYU Students For Sensible Drug Policy, where he served as the club’s Publicity Director. Eli currently writes for Vice Media's Mixed Martial Arts publication Fightland and his work has been featured on the front page of Vice.com.
