The premiere of CNBC’s “Scam of the Century? Bernie Madoff & The $50 Billion Heist” last night brought in 670,000 Total Viewers and 243,000 viewers in the A25-54 demo making it CNBC’s highest rated documentary premiere telecast ever in both measurements.

The special was anchored by CNBC’s David Faber and included reporting from Faber, Charlie Gasparino, Mary Thompson, Melissa Lee and Scott Cohn.

It will re-air Sunday and Monday at 9pmET and, as a special gift, on Christmas Eve at 4pmET.
