The old man has done it again. “The O’Reilly Factor” topped part II of NBC’s Justin Bieber special last night. “The Factor” on Fox News at 8pmET averaged 3.254 million total viewers to Bieber’s 3.102 million. Bill O’Reilly also beat out the Biebs on Wednesday night.

Also, remember last Friday on the “Today” show when Bieber sent Matt Lauer‘s first tweets, and then said if he was able to get 750,000 followers by Tuesday, NBC’s social media guy Ryan Osborn would “streak in the studio?”

Well, that deadline has come and gone, and a week after joining Twitter, @MLauer has just 145,387 followers. Of course, it doesn’t help that Lauer hasn’t Tweeted since last Friday.
