GMA Has Octuplet Mom’s Mom Exclusive

While “Today” aired more of Ann Curry‘s exclusive interview with Octo-mom Nadya Suleman, including first pictures of the babies, Good Morning America had an exclusive with Grandma.

Angela Suleman says her daughter’s decision to impregnate herself again was “really unconscionable.” The interview was conducted by the news agency Splash News.

Here’s what TVNewser has learned about how GMA got the interview: the Splash News interview was bought by Radaronline.com, then ABC News paid Radaronline.com a licensing fee to air it.

So, ABC News pays Radaronline.com, Radaronline.com paid Splash News and Splash News likely paid Grandma Suleman. Last week there were questions raised as to how “Today” landed their mom exclusive.

By the way, Matt Lauer and Meredith Vieira briefly mentioned the grandmother’s comments this morning on Today.
