Judge Rules For Dog Owners in Soledad O’Brien Co-Op Case

A Housing Court judge has dismissed an eviction case filed by a co-op board, of which CNN’s Soledad O’Brien was a member, against a family due to its dog.

The original co-op ruling said the dog violated the lease because of “slobbering, shedding, drooling, gassiness and odors.”

As they did in January when the case first drew attention, the Fox & Friends crew spent several segments on the story this morning. “Take that, Soledad!” said co-host Steve Doocy, as graphics and dog barking sound effects accompanied the discussion.
