The typical broadcasters and cable news channels aren’t the only ones covering tomorrow’s Presidential election Here are some of the other coverage highlights from other cable channels, and online.
C-SPAN: Will simulcast “Politico Live” from 7 PM until the acceptance/concession speeches begin, when it shifts over to C-SPAN 2 until midnight. C-SPAN will also air all speeches, as well as updates from key state races.
Comedy Central: “The Daily Show” and “Colbert Report” will be live Tuesday night from 11PM-12AM, with special coverage called ”Election Night 2012: This Ends Now” and “Election 2012: A Nation Votes, Ohio Decides; The Re-Presidenting of America: Who Will Replace Obama? ‘012!”Andrew Sullivan will be a guest, and “Daily Show” correspondents will report “from the show’s on-set Obama and Romney headquarters and election center.”
Current TV: Current’s coverage will mimic its debate coverage, with Al Gore hosting, joined by all of the Current TV host roster. There will be tweets displayed across the screen, with the video in the corner.
CNN en Español: Juan Carlos López will lead coverage starting at 7 PM. The network will have correspondents across the U.S. and the )mostly Spanish-speaking) world, providing updates.
TheBlaze: Glenn Beck‘s online/TV venture has been programming specials leading up to tomorrow. Its coverage begins at 5 PM and will feature Beck and Blaze regulars like Andrew Wilkow, S.E. Cupp and Will Cain.
BET: A special edition of “106 and Park” will kick off BET’s coverage at 6 PM, and it will pick up again at 10 PM with “Don’t Sleep with TJ Holmes” and at 10:30 BET will air “BATTLEGROUND 2012: Vote Night” hosted by Ed Gordon. In addition to providing real-time results, the program will look back on the last four years, under the first African American President.
OraTV: Larry King will host OraTV’s coverage, which will be airing on YouTube’s election hub. Coverage will start at 7 PM ET and continue until the polls close on the west coast, or later.
