Octo-mom Dateline Interview Brings Big Ratings

Last night’s Dateline NBC featuring Ann Curry‘s interview with Octo-mom, Nadya Suleman gave NBC its best overall ratings at 10pm since Election Night.

The interview, in which Suleman revealed doctors didn’t know she was having eight babies until the seventh had already been removed from her womb, placed second behind CBS’ Without a Trace in Total Viewers. It finished first in the A18-49 demo.

The demo rating was the highest for any network at 10pm since November 25. It was also the best Dateline ratings in both categories since Matt Lauer‘s interview with Princes William and Harry on June 18, 2007.
