It’s time for another chapter in the ongoing feud (or, faux feud) between Today‘s Al Roker and GMA’s Chris Cuomo.

Cuomo and his colleague Sam Champion are the subjects of a lengthy Q&A on AOL’s fitness blog. And in between the discussion of diet and exercise, Cuomo got in a few more shots at Roker.

“The reason Matt Lauer is in such fantastic shape is because he’s stuck carrying Al around on his back all the time,” says Cuomo. “Matt is Al’s sherpa.” And: “Whatever it is that he is doing right now…Stop! And do the exact opposite.”

Yesterday Roker tweeted Cuomo: “You look and sound beat, you wussy. For a guy who’s in such great shape, you sure whine a lot. Maybe you should stay home.”

Of course, it’s not all bad blood — a few hours later Roker tweeted: “Hope you are traveling safe and well.”

Cuomo discussed the rivalry on the Menu podcast today.
