Update: Is Soledad O’Brien OK?

Soledad OBrien has had a busy week: knee surgery (her twitpic, left), a new documentary, election coverage preparations, and book tour planning.

On Thursday, her documentary, “Almighty Debt,” aired, which is the third installment of the “Black in America” series. Then on Friday, she had knee surgery. While recovering from surgery, O’Brien is also preparing for upcoming midterm election coverage.

And the busy anchor has a book tour to plan for “The Next Big Story.”

Reairs of her recent documentary are Saturday and Sunday at 8pmET. O’Brien is still waiting to hear if she’ll be mobile for election day or her book tour, according to her recent tweet.
