A former Major in the United States Army, Andre was a marketing manager with MCI and The Sacramento Bee, Sacramento, California’s daily newspaper. She left California to pursue a writing and teaching career in Montana and, eventually, Alaska. She now resides in Lewistown, Montana, where she founded Prairie Winds Public Relations, www.prairiewindspr.com, in 2007. There, she works with a diverse group of clients from across the country, and enjoys Montana’s great outdoors when she can. She also pursues freelance writing opportunities as her schedule permits.
