Heather Mundt

Heather Mundt is a Colorado native from Longmont, Colorado. A wife and mom of two boys (and two rescue huskies), she loves adventuring throughout the Centennial State and beyond, writing about family travels and outdoor adventures. Since earning her master's degree in journalism from the University of Colorado at Boulder, she has written about and/or edited in a wide range of subjects, from bridal business stories to business plans, family travel to parenting humor. Her first book, the "Colorado Family Outdoor Adventure" will publish in early 2022 as part of the University of New Mexico Press' Southwest Adventure Series.
