Professional Experience
I am new to the freelance market and have a tremendous amount to offer. Currently, I am an MFA student in the fiction Program at the University of Pittsburgh. I have a tremendous amount to write about, from a year in cooking school in Paris to working at a crisis center for abused women in rural Vermont. Raised in Washington, DC I am what one Senator described as a "true daughter of the district;" I am fluent in political discourse and the dialects of the District. Beyond the beltway, I was raised by a huge Southern family, complete with guns and dogs and horses and there was never a shortage of butter, liquor or small children. In addition, I am competent in all areas of graphic arts: I taught graphic design, desktop publishing and digital animation to children.
