From 2012-2015, I worked full-time at GRACE Communications Foundation, an environmental philanthropy, where I wrote blog posts, newsletters, and managed multiple social media accounts focused on food, water, and energy issues. I've also worked at WITNESS, as a public policy consultant for NYC, and a blogger for Idealist.org. Among my writing and editing experience: web content, newsletters, white papers, brochures, social media content, and scripted remarks.

General

With my former design agency, Bureau Blank, I led our content strategy and wireframe development for New York City's ThriveNYC website. The site showcases the City's ambitious new initiative promoting mental health care and access for all New Yorkers.
From 2012-15, I wrote over 70 blog posts for GRACE's Ecocentric Blog about food, water, energy, and climate issues. My posts ranged from issue reviews/news summaries to interviews to media recaps.
I led the content strategy, UX research, and content development for NYCEM's site, providing actionable emergency preparedness information for New Yorkers ahead of no-notice crises.
