During my two-year tenure as Editor of Yoga + Joyful Living, the magazine earned two Folio awards for editorial excellence in Religious/Spiritual Coverage. My November 2003 Yoga International article, "Yoga and MS: A Life Worth Living" won a 2nd Place Public Education Award from the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in the General Print Category, 2004.
