As a Community Manager, you will oversee the operations of a housing community, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administrative, and risk management aspects. You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and promote resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Personnel management and staff development
• Financial oversight, budgeting, and revenue management
• Leasing activities and resident retention programs
• Administrative tasks, property maintenance, and emergency response

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in housing management or related fields
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively, work in various environments, and lift objects up to 25 lbs.

Additional Requirements:

• Reliable transportation for emergency on-call duties

Asset Living offers a comprehensive compensation package, including benefits, 401K, bonuses, and paid time off. The salary range for this position is $43,680 to $45,750 annually.
