  • Competitive first-year earning potential of $48,000 - $84,000, based on experience and performance, with no commission cap.

What We Seek in You:

  • Comfort and confidence in making cold calls both over the phone and in person.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate policies clearly.

  • Drive and resilience to meet sales quotas while responding positively to challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License is required.
  • Preferred: College Degree and sales experience in outdoor advertising.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus.

A Day in the Life:

In your new role, you will:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets while tracking your progress through personal sales data.
  • Expand your portfolio by targeting and building relationships with local businesses.
  • Utilize Lamar’s tools to prospect and follow up on leads while preparing proposals and presentations.
  • Participate actively in sales meetings, regional gatherings, and external events.
  • Manage your administrative tasks, including keeping organized records of clients and sales activity.
