Position Summary
Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting expectations, recognizing associates, and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace. Coordinates and oversees job-related activities by developing relationships with stakeholders, supporting plans to meet customer and business needs, and promoting continuous learning. Leads and develops teams through training, feedback, and collaboration, while effectively communicating store operations, initiatives, and company direction. Ensures exceptional customer service by following the OBW service model, supporting customer service initiatives, resolving issues, and implementing process improvements. Ensures compliance with policies and supports the company's mission, values, and ethics. Drives financial performance by reviewing P&L statements, managing budgets, and monitoring operational processes. Embraces diversity, acts with integrity, delivers customer results, and strives for continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications
2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. For firearm-selling facilities, successful completion of a firearms-specific CBC and training is required. Associates must attend and complete all required trainings and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University. Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership. Experience supervising 5+ direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
