Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Financial Management: post payments and income from applicants, residents, and non-residents; process and reconcile daily accounts receivable; monitor bad debt and prepare late notices; help the property meet budgeted revenues, expenses, and NOI; post charges to resident accounts and bill back utilities; perform end-of-month closing procedures and reporting; maintain accurate records and audit resident files; walk units and post move-out charges, statements, and security deposit refunds.
- Personnel Management: regular onsite attendance; screen, hire, train, coach, and develop onsite staff; ensure ongoing training and leadership; promote harmony and quality performance; enforce company policies and procedures.
- Strategic/Leasing Management: implement marketing plans; ensure effective leasing techniques and closure; manage follow-up, leases, and reporting systems; handle resident complaints and requests; develop resident retention programs; show, lease, and move in prospective residents.
- Administrative Management: ensure excellent customer service and timely maintenance service requests; maintain property appearance and supervise related business functions; manage resources, equipment, and supplier relationships.
Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred or two years in housing industry; or two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
- Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly stationary; may stand or sit for extended periods; communicate with others; repetitive motions; move between worksites; climb stairs/ladders as needed; lift up to 25 lbs; operate vehicles; work overtime, weekends, or nights as needed.

Salary Range: $22 per hour to $27 per hour
