Senior Social Media Advertising Strategist (Remote US)
Abe is a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising. We are a hub for innovative strategies, helping clients leverage the full power of LinkedIn, Meta and more to reach, engage, and convert their target audiences. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team. This is an opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast-growing specialty agency.
As a remote-first company, you’ll have the ability to work from anywhere in the US, with optional in-office opportunities in Irvine, CA. Our culture emphasizes growth mindset and the idea that the best idea wins.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts
- Serve as direct support to client contacts
- Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality, and improvements
- Build strategies for clients each quarter
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
- Provide fractional support for internal marketing within a boutique agency
- Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
- Ensure lead routing is accurate within a CRM
- Maintain personal productivity and utilization
- Collaborate with the Associate Director to meet internal and client goals
- Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns
- Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationships
- Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer
- 4+ years of experience at a performance/digital marketing agency, with hands-on support for B2B clients
- Deep expertise in paid social advertising, specifically LinkedIn Ads
- Familiarity with LinkedIn ad units (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more)
- Proficiency with advertising platforms/tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6sense, and others
- Ability to delegate to junior team members to ensure joint success
- Strong understanding of Paid search principles (keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, optimization)
- Ability to analyze campaign data using Google Analytics/GA4, Excel, or other analytics tools to drive decisions
- Ability to drive results and measure via OCT
- Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
- Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Ability to translate strategy into data-driven storytelling
- Problem-solver with a growth mindset; curious and proactive
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Commitment to quality and maintaining ethics in advertising
- Willingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year or as needed

- Effectively manage approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts
- Meet/exceed department KPIs (client growth, goal attainment, client NSMs, and Client Satisfaction scores)
- Build client trust and renewals; cross-sell services aligned with client goals
- Clearly communicate results with client contacts and executives
- Make exceptional decisions guiding account strategy
Benefits
- Base salary range for this role in the US: $85,000–$95,000 USD with potential bonus eligibility. Actual salary may vary by compensation practices and experience
