Overview
The Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising works directly with mid-market and enterprise clients and runs point on communicating results, creating custom strategies, and executing Paid Media deliverables. You will gain experience creating high-performing LinkedIn strategies for B2B businesses.
Abe is a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising. We are a hub for innovative strategies, helping clients leverage the full power of LinkedIn, Meta and more to reach, engage, and convert their target audiences. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team. This is an opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast-growing specialty agency in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts
- Serve as direct support to client contacts
- Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to align on tasks, quality, and improvements
- Build strategies for clients each quarter
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
- Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions
- Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
- Be responsible for personal productivity and utilization
- Collaborate with the Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are achieved
- Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns
- Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationships
- Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns including copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer (Qualifications)
- 2+ years of experience at a performance/digital marketing agency, with hands-on experience supporting B2B clients
- Deep expertise in paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads
- Understanding of LinkedIn ad units such as conversation ads, document ads, and more
- Proficiency with advertising platforms/tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, etc.
- Strong understanding of paid principles including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics/GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms
- Ability to drive results and measure via OCT
- Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
- Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Ability to translate strategy into data-driven storytelling
- Problem-solving mindset with curiosity and a drive to stay on the cutting edge
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects
- Commitment to quality and maintaining integrity in advertising
- Willingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year or as needed

- Salary range: $70,000-$80,000 USD with potential for bonus eligibility; actual salary may vary based on compensation practices and experience

Work Environment
