is a next-gen funnel & form builder used by agencies, creators, and brands who are sick of boring, rigid forms. Think node-based logic, multi-step flows, and high-converting experiences instead of basic “name/email/submit” boxes.

We’re looking for a

Creative Performance Strategist

to be the

brain behind the creative that sells Formflow.

You’ll come up with the ideas, write the scripts, and lead the creative team to produce diverse, high-performing ads and content. Media buying, editing, design, etc. are handled by specialists – you drive the strategy and the output.

Florida-based (strong preference for Miami / South Florida)

Legally allowed to work in the U.S.

Remote for now, with the goal of building an

in-person creative hub in Miami

over time (marketing & creative in the same room).

If you know you’d never want to work in a Miami office in the future, this role isn’t a fit.

What You Actually Do Your core flow is:

You’ll:

Research customers, competitors, and the market for angles and insights

Generate

around 5 new concepts/scripts per week

(≈

20 per month )

Write performance-focused scripts with

multiple hooks or style variations

per concept

Turn those into clear briefs for designers, editors, and UGC creators

Manage the creative pipeline from idea → in production → ready to test

Work with the media buyer to prioritise what goes live and what to test next

To be crystal clear:

do not

edit video

You

do not

build funnels or forms

We already have a media buyer, editors, static designers, engineers, and copy support.

Your job is to

think, write, and lead :

You own the

strategy, concepts, scripts, and direction

The creative team executes your vision.

What We’re Looking For

Experience as a

Creative Strategist / Performance Creative / Senior Direct Response Copywriter / UGC Performance Lead

Proven history of driving performance with

creative-led testing

(Meta/FB experience is a big plus)

Strong at writing

short, punchy performance scripts

and hooks

Thinks in

angles, hooks, and offers , not just “assets”

Comfortable managing a small creative team and keeping projects moving

Enjoys being directly responsible for whether creative

wins or loses

Have worked with

SaaS or B2B tools

Have used systems like

Content Grids / “idea–style–hook” frameworks

Have helped scale a single product with lots of creative variations

Contract role

$50-$75 USD per hour (Depending on experience and results)

Approx. 10 hours per week

(~40 hours per month) to start

Clear path to

more hours and a full-time, six-figure creative leadership role in Miami

as performance scales and revenue grows
