We are looking for a
Freelance Creative Strategist (Part-Time)
who can grow into a
full-time role
as we scale our creative department for 2026.
This role is remote from
Miami
and works closely with our Creative & Growth Marketing teams.
About the Role You will be the
bridge between Creative and Growth , ensuring that every idea, concept, script, and brief is fully aligned with marketing needs, performance insights, and audience psychology.
You’ll help build the big ideas, generate strategic angles, and develop high-impact creative directions across Meta, TV, UGC, static ads, landing pages, and AI-powered content.
Key Responsibilities Creative Strategy & Concept Development
Develop angles, hooks, scripts, and creative frameworks tailored for a performance-driven environment.
Ideate high-performing concepts for Meta ads, TV commercial ideas, UGC content, and static ads.
Rebuild and refresh personas, messaging, and creative styles for men aged 40+, our core audience.
Bridge Between Creative & Growth
Translate marketing goals and performance insights into actionable creative directions.
Ensure creative ideas support conversion, A/B testing priorities, and performance targets.
Maintain strong communication between the two departments.
Workflow & Collaboration
Work closely with our
Creative Coordinator
to create and structure Monday.com tasks for designers, editors, and UGC creators.
Provide clear briefs with angles, messaging, references, key insights, and creative instructions.
Support a smooth workflow without daily micromanagement.
AI Tools & Innovation
Leverage industry-leading AI tools:
Upspring, Motion.AI, Sora, Runway, VEO 3, Midjourney , and more.
Introduce new AI-driven creative workflows to improve speed, variation, and experimentation.
Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies that enhance video and imagery production.
Audience, Culture & Insights
Deep understanding of American culture—especially for men aged
40–65 .
Integrate humor, values, pain points, and lifestyle insights into creative ideation.
Preferably: experience with D2C brands or demographics focused on older men.
Competitive Analysis & Trend Research
Conduct ongoing competitor research across Meta, TV, TikTok, YouTube, and D2C landing pages.
Identify new angles, message patterns, and category trends.
Present insights that inspire new creative directions and tests.
Qualifications Required
Freelance experience
with strong reliability and a long-term partnership mindset.
3+ years
in Creative Strategy, Performance Creative, or Direct Response advertising.
Winning ad examples
that performed at scale (required).
Deep understanding of
performance marketing , funnels, and conversion psychology.
Experience with
Upspring, Motion.AI , and other AI creative tools.
Strong Meta advertising creative experience.
Ability to build ideas that resonate with men 40+.
Excellent communication and briefing skills.
Based in
Miami
(remote).
Preferred
D2C experience, especially in men’s grooming, skincare, wellness, or supplements.
Experience in briefing and working with Creative teams
