Opportunity Studio+ Marketing, Senior Creative Operations and AI Enablement Manager – a key role within EY Studio+ Sales Transformation practice. You will partner with client business teams across the lead‑to‑cash process to reimagine and accelerate sales capabilities, strategy, operations, and technology.

Your Key Responsibilities

Lead workstream delivery with a focus on on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

Create and manage the engagement resource plan and budget.

Collaborate with client executives to assess sales strategies, capabilities, processes, and technologies, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to gather input and ensure deliverable progress.

Lead cross‑functional teams and oversee seamless execution of sales transformation initiatives.

Lead and facilitate client workshops.

Advise clients on sales strategy, process, technology industry trends, and leading practices applicable to their business model.

Guide team’s assessment and implementation of enterprise sales processes and related technology platforms (e.g., CRM, CPQ, CLM).

Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation.

Stay ahead of emerging trends in sales operating models, customer experience, sales technologies, and AI.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field (MBA or equivalent considered).

5+ years of consulting or industry experience focused on commercial functions or related technologies.

Experience leading teams and prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines.

Demonstrated facilitation of client workshops and meetings.

Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and judgment skills.

Strategic design experience across sales strategy, process, and technology for multiple industries.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a desire to build teams.

Competency in Microsoft Suite.

Valid passport and U.S. driver’s license; willing and able to travel 50‑80% domestically and internationally.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Experience working in cross‑functional lead‑to‑cash teams (e.g., marketing, sales, pricing, order management, finance).

Knowledge of B2C and B2B sales environments, core sales roles, processes, tools, and KPIs.

Awareness of leading sales practices, processes, and technologies.

Experience delivering measurable sales transformation projects with actionable outcomes.

Understanding of sales solutions (CRM, CPQ, CLM) and ability to develop end‑to‑end technology roadmaps.

Experience with technology sourcing, vendor selection, and digital transformation program delivery.

Ability to guide executive stakeholders while upholding the vision of the sales strategy and digital transformation roadmap.

Fosters an innovative and inclusive team‑oriented work environment; provides structured feedback and mentorship.

Preferred Qualifications (Ideally you’ll also have)

Basic technical knowledge of key Sales CRM, CPQ, and CLM technology solutions; experience implementing such solutions.

Familiarity with AI use cases that support sales functions.

Working knowledge of agile delivery methodology or experience in agile teams.

Awareness of industry trends, best practices, and technological innovations to refine evolving sales strategies.
