Ensure adherence to best practices across all channels for client campaigns
Support strategists in overcoming roadblocks for campaign approval
Conduct regular 1x1 meetings to discuss roadblocks and establish action plans
Build a strong team structure and communication cadence to empower team members
What is Required (Qualifications)
Proven experience in a leadership role within a performance marketing agency
Strong understanding of LTV:CAC modeling and customer generation strategies
Excellent communication skills with a focus on team empowerment and accountability
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple client engagements
Commitment to achieving NSM and CSAT goals as outlined
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in B2B tech or SaaS marketing
Familiarity with analytics tools and storytelling techniques in marketing
Previous experience in a remote work environment
Demonstrated success in client retention and satisfaction initiatives
