What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language
Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
Offer additional products and/or services
Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude
What is Required (Qualifications)
Fluent in both Portuguese and English, with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills
Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
Technical support experience preferred
High school diploma or GED
Must have a quiet, distraction-free environment to work from at home
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Eagerness to learn new technologies
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions for resolution
Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
Open availability for scheduling
