Provide inbound customer support in the customer’s preferred language using a call flow guide. Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases. Offer additional products and/or services to enhance customer experiences. Deliver expert customer service with a positive attitude. What is Required (Qualifications)
Fluent in both Portuguese and English, with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills. Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience. Open availability and a high school diploma or GED. Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment from home. Strong problem‑solving skills and proficiency in fast‑paced multi‑tasking. How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Technical support experience is preferred. Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge. Eagerness to learn new technologies.
