What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language

Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products

Track, document, and retrieve information in databases

Offer additional products and/or services to enhance customer satisfaction

Deliver expert customer experiences while maintaining a positive attitude

What is Required (Qualifications)

Fluency in both Portuguese and English, with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills

Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience

Open availability and a quiet, distraction-free work environment at home

High school diploma or GED

Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in computer navigation
