What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language
Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
Offer additional products and/or services as appropriate
Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude
What is Required (Qualifications):
Fluency in both Portuguese and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
Technical support experience preferred
High school diploma or GED
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Eagerness to learn new technologies
Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
Open availability for scheduling
