What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide inbound customer support in the customer's preferred language using a call flow guide
Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
Offer additional products and/or services to enhance customer experience
Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude
What is Required (Qualifications)
Fluent in both Portuguese and English, with strong communication skills
Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
Technical support experience preferred
High school diploma or GED
Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Eagerness to learn new technologies and strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
Desktop or laptop availability for PC and internet testing
